Startups depend on innovation to fuel their expansion and long-term viability in the cutthroat world of entrepreneurship. This study explores the complex field of innovation management in startups and looks at the key elements that contribute to both success and failure in this setting. Innovation is essential to a startup’s ability to survive and expand because it gives them a competitive edge in fast-paced, fiercely competitive marketplaces. Nonetheless, the path of innovation at startups is arduous and risky, frequently culminating in both spectacular achievements and regrettable setbacks. The purpose of this study is to determine which elements have a major impact on whether innovation management in startup companies succeeds or fails. A mixed-methods strategy is used in this study to collect and analyse data from both qualitative and quantitative sources. The aforementioned study utilises a broad range of startup industries and geographical locations to offer an all-encompassing perspective on the innovation management terrain inside the startup ecosystem. Through an extensive assessment of the literature and empirical data, this study identifies the key factors that influence innovation management results in startups. The study uses information gathered from a wide range of startups in different sectors and regions to present a comprehensive view of the issue.
