The impact of career and job placement activities on the career development of graduate students is a subject of growing scholarly interest. These activities encompass a wide spectrum of services, ranging from advanced career counseling to research needs profiling, networking events, and tailored career placement activities. The study employed a convergent parallel mixed method. Convergent parallel mixed methods, according to Creswell (Galvez, 2022) is a kind of mixed methods design that makes the researcher converge or merge the qualitative data and quantitative information to come up with a substantial presentation of findings and results of the research problem. Result of the study revealed that the overall satisfaction of the graduate study students on the different activities conducted by the career and job placement unit. The overall satisfaction garnered a weighted mean of 4.47 with an interpretation of very satisfactory. Moreover, qualitative data analysis revealed three emerging themes namely: (1) Reskilling and Upskilling, (2) Career Resilience and Adaptability, and (3) Soft Skills and Leadership Development. From the results, a proposed continuous quality improvement plan was developed focusing on the following key priority areas namely: (1) Reskilling and upskilling which are essential for professional growth, (2) career resilience and adaptability which are crucial for surviving in a rapidly changing job market, and (3) soft skills and leadership development which may contribute to effective communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
