A STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF TALENT MANAGEMENT, JOB SATISFACTION, AND AUTONOMY ON SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE

This study investigates the influence of talent management strategy, job satisfaction, and job autonomy on sustainable organisational performance. As organisations face the need to remain competitive and resilient, understanding the interplay of human resource strategies and work environment factors becomes crucial. Using structural equation modeling (SEM), this research examines data collected from 350 employees across various sectors. The findings highlight that effective talent management and high levels of job satisfaction and autonomy are significant predictors of organisational performance sustainability. The study provides theoretical contributions and practical implications for HRM professionals aiming to foster long-term performance outcomes.
