This study aimed to investigate the level of awareness and extent of the practices of Augustinian Core Values by the teachers of La Consolacion College, Bais City, Negros Oriental. The research design used was Descriptive, Comparative, and Correlational Research Design. The respondents were all the teachers of LCC-Bais. Data gathering was done by interviewing the respondents through a survey questionnaire. Generated data were carefully sorted and analyzed using statistical tools. The interpretation of data was made using quantitative. The result revealed no significant differences in the respondents’ level of awareness and extent of practices in their interactions with their fellow teachers and students. Results also indicated an insignificant level of awareness among the teachers. Similarly, there were also no significant differences in the extent of practices of Augustinian Core Values by teachers when grouped according to demographic profile except for the length of service who served 1-5 years resulted from a significant difference in the length of service at the La Consolacion College- Bais. Finally, the correlation analysis showed a significant relationship between the level of awareness and the extent of teachers’ practices of Augustinian Core Values.
