The researcher has made an attempt in this paper to present the demographic situations of Cipla Limited employees. The major purpose of this activity is to determine the employees’ current socioeconomic situation. Because each work is a time-bound activity that demands energy and competence, age becomes significant. It was discovered that marriage burdens men and women with additional duties. Married employees are expected to take care of their family members and contribute more to society. This survey summarises that the majority of the respondents at primary level of education security in the job is secured when the individual has a specific amount of experience and specialised knowledge of a given field. The respondents’ income influences the household’s command over the spectrum of accessible products and services, which defines the level of life.
