The study aimed to discover the impact of internship experience among the College of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Accountancy (CBEA) graduating students from 2016-2018. The research was focused on the perceived impact of the students’ internship experience based on their actual participation and the overall internship experience outcomes on the university’s curriculum development. The researcher utilized the purposive sampling technique to acquire the necessary data. The findings of the study disclosed that perceptions of 2017 and 2018 interns of CBEA Internship Program had significant differences on four out of five aspects: personal, social, academic, and employment impacts. On the other hand, differences of perceptions on civic impact were found but the results were not statistically significant. It was deduced that On-the-Job Training (OJT) provides significant contribution to the overall effectiveness of the higher education curriculum since student-interns were able to gain actual working experience crucial for their future career. Thus, college institutions must build the right foundation for OJT to ensure consistent results. Likewise, CBEA OJT Program could be used to analyze work components apt for student trainees.
