In the globalized world, cross-cultural communication has become a vital skill, particularly in education. This study explores how Comprehensive English Training (CET) and teacher engagement play critical roles in enhancing cross-cultural communication skills among students. It examines the effectiveness of CET programs in helping students navigate multicultural environments and how teacher involvement shapes the learning process. Data were collected from a sample of 300 students and 50 teachers across multiple educational institutions. The results indicate that CET, when combined with active teacher engagement, significantly improves students’ ability to communicate across cultures. The findings emphasize the need for incorporating cross-cultural communication training in educational curricula to prepare students for the global workforce.
