This study examines the effectiveness of various management techniques in enhancing teaching standards at Jiangsu Maritime Institute. By analyzing instructional leadership, strategic planning, faculty development, and student feedback mechanisms, the study aims to determine their impact on teaching quality. A mixed-method approach, involving surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis, is employed. The findings indicate that participatory leadership, regular faculty training, and data-driven decision-making significantly contribute to improved teaching outcomes. The study suggests policy recommendations for optimizing management techniques to further elevate teaching standards in maritime education.
