In order to establish the foundation for a suggested servant leadership model, this study investigates the connection between organizational commitment and leadership styles within a few chosen Manila organizations. Employee commitment is strongly impacted by leadership style, a crucial component of organizational dynamics that also affects organizational success and sustainability. Through the use of a quantitative research approach, this study polled workers from a range of Manila industries to determine the most common leadership styles and assess how closely these types relate to organizational commitment. This study adds to the body of knowledge on organizational behavior and leadership by offering insightful information to practitioners, scholars, and policymakers who want to improve organizational performance through leadership development.
