The main concern of the study was to determine the solid waste management practices and their effect on the waste management outcomes of a private Catholic university in the Province of Bulacan. The respondents of the study were the full-time employees of the University during the 2nd semester of the school year 2015-2016. The study utilized the descriptive correlation type of research and the mode of data gathering was the survey questionnaire. Results of the regression revealed that the employees’ solid waste management practices in terms of collection practices and recovery and processing practices produced B coefficients of .046 and .046 with associated probability less than the significance level set at .05. The findings indicated that for every unit increase in collection practices and recovery and processing practices could generate .046 improvements in school’s outcome. The obtained F-ratio of 4.409 with probability value of .005 which was found significant at .05 alpha indicated that the three (3) waste management practices namely: collection practices, disposal practices, and recovery and processing practices formed a very significant set of predictors for schools’ outcome in terms of water quality, general health, types of waste, and income generation.
