This study examines the career outcomes and alumni satisfaction of graduates from the Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs in one higher education institutions in Malolos City. The research aims to assess the effectiveness of these programs in equipping graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge for professional success. Key findings reveal that a significant portion of alumni reported limited local research productivity, with 61% of respondents indicating zero local publications in the past three years. The study also highlights the importance of enhancing research capabilities, providing flexible learning modalities, and integrating technology into the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of students. Recommendations include establishing partnerships for international exposure, implementing systematic program assessments, and creating comprehensive research enhancement initiatives. The insights gathered underscore the necessity for continuous improvement in graduate education to ensure that programs remain responsive to the evolving demands of the job market. Overall, this research contributes to the understanding of how graduate programs can better prepare students for their careers while fostering a culture of research and innovation.
